This is a great space to stay if you are visiting Boone. Only 15 minutes away from restaurants but it's in a quite secluded area. The space was large and comfortable. Just know that you might have other renters above you. Great stay and do recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! Leslie was very communicative in advance of our stay and responsive when we needed something. The space was comfortable and we were particularly appreciative that there were toys and a pack n play for our toddler son. Beautiful location!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near Blue Ridge Parkway to enjoy the fall foliage. The house was in a peaceful location, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. We had our own private space, separate from the hosts, which made it very comfortable for our group of four. The communication with the host was prompt and helpful. One standout feature was the Tesla home charging station, which was incredibly convenient for us. After a long day of exploring, it was great to have a safe and reliable place to charge our car overnight. This was a first for us and we truly appreciated it. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and memorable experience!

Leslie was a wonderful host, so resourceful and always quick to find a solution to anything that came up. She gave us fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants and coffee spots. The upper house was even better than we expected: spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The kids loved all the games, and we loved everything about this tasteful, cozy home. Once in a lifetime experience Highly!

We had a wonderful time in Banner Elk at Leslie’s place. We spent hours roaming the property and taking in the peaceful setting. I also really appreciate the guide she provided with local restaurant & activity recommendations! We will definitely come again.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was easy to find and close to all the attractions we were visiting. The place was clean and inviting. My kids loved greeting the goats every time we went out and came back in. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay in the Upper Carriage house and it continues to be one of our favorite spots. Peaceful stay while being a quick drive to restaurants and activities. We loved seeing the deer in the backyard every morning, checking in on the goats, and getting to pet the cats! We will definitely be coming back again in the future!

Leslie was very communicative . She and her husband assisted my parents getting inside and connected to wifi. I very much appreciate their hospitality and kindness. My parents were very pleased with the wonderful accommodations. Will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here for a quick girls weekend before my bestie gets married next weekend! Leslie’s place was gorgeous and so cozy. And her cats were the cutest and friendliest welcoming committee ever haha! Definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Had a great stay at Shulls Farms. Leslie was super proactive and gave us info we needed for a great stay. Very peaceful location and easy to get to Boone and other locations in the area. If my son decides to attend app state this will be one of our go-to places to stay when we come visit.
