We are a 10 acre working farm, with approximately 400 yards of Watauga River access. Access is a 5-10 minute walk from the Carriage House and includes a gazebo near the water. The fishing is great! Located in Valle Crucis, near Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock, the Carriage House was used for horses on a farmstead 100 years ago.
